For their new album Nick asked keyboardist Rick Bottari to replace his piano tracks with synthesizer, added Jony Dos Santos on conga and percussion, and inspired Reggie Sylvester to trigger a vintage Formanta drum synth. While relying on longtime Evolution members On Ka'a Davis and Dmitri Ishenko, on Guitar and Bass respectively, Nick welcomed veteran horn members Matt Lavelle, Welf Dorr & Mike Irwin to bring the excitement of a full horn section. The results resemble an 80’s club vibe, with elements of P-Funk, Sun Ra & Fela. Recording live at Figure 8 with Eli Crews through Neve Console and Mastering at Sear Sound to 1/2" Tape and then strait to vinyl. Stay tuned for the much anticipated release!
